Que es la "desde Espana"?
Please answer in English..... as I remember very
little Spanish from
high school. I probably didn't even phrase the above correctly.

Well, Espa?a is Spain, so I'd hazard a guess that "desde" here could be
translated "from", though (based on my French) I'd guess that it
etymologically is more like "from the".
