A computer collector would need to get them insulated
(if you
live in a cold part of the country) and heated/cooled plus have some power
brought it. I would think the floors would need to be concrete and sealed to
keep moisture out. Sounds kind of pricey for a hobby to me.
I think the way you keep down costs of this as a hobbyist is to do the
labor yourself.
