Actually it is the naptha loosens the stucky stuff but
it is the orange oil that keeps it from stucking back
on the surface. A good combination.

The GOO gone product line works well for most
things (reminds me I need
to get some more). I like the label remover stuff they make, no idea
what is inside.
The "citrus based" cleaners are mostly naptha.
Material Safety Data Sheets list the ingredients.
