To clarify:
A real /wiki/ has a user database where users can register and then
contribute organically to the content without having to go through
someone else. This "kb" doesn't have any sort of user system. There
are plenty of freely available collaborative content management
systems out there, see <http://www.la-grange.net/cms> for instance.
I've used drupal (worked fine) and attempted to use xoops (too little
documentation, buggy).
