If there is any type of "wet" capaciter in there, make sure
you are wearing eye protection, at least. You don't want to
get squirted with assorted chemicals in your eyes.
I wouldn't bother rebuilding them, they are just
line filters, and you can find them from many sources.
Some old PC power supplies, other dead equipment,
electronic supply houses, etc.
