So far, I've found that IBM made the 1050 and the 2741
selectric-based console terminals, both of which were large, heavy,
and not very reliable.
IBM also made another, that a seller on ebay was selling some of a month
ago when I bought one, he might have more, you might want to ask him.

I haven't yet had time to play with the thing, but hopefully should get
a lot of time back in a bit over a week..
The terminal isn't like most "standard" terminals, in that each key
sense/relay comes out via the cable on the back, which needs to be
hooked into an external serial "converter" box or somthing.
