Subject: Progress on new shop
Hi,
I've made enough progress on getting my new shop set up that I thought I'd
share.
Here's the link that shows what I've been doing (top tabs will get you to
the different
pages):

At this point, I've unpacked (but not setup) the "large" pieces. I had to
arrange them so
that the electrician and I could figure out how to route the power.
Hopefully before too
long I'll actually be able to set some of them up and get them running again
after being
in storage for a number of years.

That's looking great Guy. And a clean move for the "small" stuff.
I moved my collection a few weeks ago, but at the moment everything
is "piled" in the middle of the room. The room is 200 square meters
but I have to paint to walls first before I start placing all the
machines at their "final" spot.
I see that you intend to put the machines against the walls. That's
what I have done before, but it makes access "no joy", because it
always starts by pulling the (heavy) racks from the wall. So, I plan
to put all racks in "free" space to have easy access.
I have a few pictures, but don't know where to put them for public
access. Any good free sites available? I have dropbox, but after a
certain amount of downloads it block for the rest of the month, and
I use dropbox for another hobby ...
I wished my commute path was like that every day ;-)
