Hi,
Tramiel was using Vic-20 mentality towards a next
generation
computer - the whole all in one cases which I never liked....
That design was fine for machines like the C-64 etc, but far too unwieldy
once you reached the size of the ST.
Probably my biggest gripe about the machine, even more so than the quality
of the keyboard, was that it was almost impossible to position it so that
the keyboard was at a comfortable angle. Especially when you'd got a few
cables plugged in the back....
