Writing CDR's on VMS 4.6 won't work.
Your MicroVAX II already _has_ a network interface and I'd suggest you use
that to get the data off. Either bring up the DECNet suite on a Linux box
and suck the data off that way or install Multinet on the MicroVAX and run
TCP/IP on it long enough get it off, or take a more modern VAX that has
both TCP/IP and DECNet installed and pull it off that way.
