Just make sure
you use a thin CA mix, the thicker ones don't work as well, and
Superglue Gel doesn't work at all if memory serves.
ABS, PVC and polycarbonate are much easier to stick together with
methylene chloride--and if done right, the joint is invisible, even
with clear stock.
