There's definitely a user's manual for the J11, and I'm fairly sure I've
seen one for the T11 (although IMHO it's too weird for daily use -- having
to fake bus timeouts using a real interrupt is nasty). Using the 11/23
and/or 11/24 and/or PC325/350 prints to figure out the F11 is worth a shot,
but I'd be worried about trying to do anything too different from what DEC
did. There could be tons of stuff that's assumed in their designs, which
would have to change, somehow, for an alien design.
