True, as long as the driver had insurance.
That still leaves the problem of
proving the machine's
value.
Right, that the basic problem, the condition of the
unit before the accident is unknown (as far as the
insurance company is concern, whether its the drivers
or the home owners insurance company). Photos will
help, but not always.
