I don't think it's an unreasonable setup,
there's a free
bedroom for a
kid, and she can do what she wants with the rest of the
house. And so
much the better if she's a nerd, also. I certainly have no
plans to
constrain her doing things she enjoys, and I expect the
same courtesy.
"..and where am I suppose to store *my* computer collection?! Hmph! It's all
about you isn't it!"
Almost as insane as the "computers don't belong in the kitchen" argument.
What about a difference of opinion on what systems can act as furniture in the living
room? I was able to keep my table top terminal equipment but it did suffer some of the
appeal as a sheet was placed over it lol
