bring my Metcal SP-200 there for
you to try out. Please remind me if you can. And plan to bring some
boards and components, something to solder.
Since VCF-E did not happen this year, I
missed catching up with you.
But, research convinced me Metcal is my next iron.
Since used equipment in the MX500 space seems more prevalent, and the
SP200 tips are different, I'm aiming for a MX500 or similar.
I've got a line on a used 500 working that lacks a sleeper stand, and a
complete 500 setup (for more money, obviously). Was thinking of getting
the tweezers as well.
Any additional thoughts are appreciated.
