In my case it's pivoting bookcases using absurdly expensive but uber-cool hidden pivot
hinges. All closets look like bookcases, and yes, there's a secret passage to one of
the outbuildings through one of them :)
I went for interduct between floors as well. Stuff on each floor is just naked 5e sucked
down through interior non-bearing walls; runs to outbuildings is cat6 in non-metalic
conduit.
And yes, always pull a new pull line when using the previous one to pull a new cable or
you'll seriously hate life :P
