There is much more behind the concepts in the book, but
they are a good start. After reading for more than 36 years,
I am just beginning to understand myself. I also used to
be irritated (still am sometimes - and I also react without
thinking some of the time), so it is now easy to recognize
those events even easier in others as opposed to myself.
I've added it to my Bookmooch wishlist. I'll just have to wait and
see. It certainly looks interesting.
