it was called NCDhack and might be out there in a later version than I
have. The NCDhack reformatted the boot image to go into the NCD via the
boot process FWIW. The author also distributed a build of a PPC linux
kernel if you have a matching vintage of NCD terminal.
I can send you the source for the hack, or the whole thing can be
downloaded if you are really interested.
