I believe the more recent NetBSD versions set the boot load address to an
unhelpful location for smaller machines (which obvious needs to be fixed).

Unfortunately the network boot loader / mop image / mopd was broken in
some releases and I can't remember which one. You probably wane use some
older release like 1.5 or 1.6 anyway due to a smaller memory footprint.
