REALLY nice. We looked at an awesome church, complete
with a gigantic
pipe organ still installed, that we could've had for about $20K, but it
would've needed about $80K of immediate work to be able to do anything
with it.
Hmmm...Playing Bach into a pipe dream...eh...organ, at lunch
time...dreams :D
