It's pick-up only and is not strapped to a pallet.
I believe he will
take quite a bit less than the buy-it-now price.
Every time I've made an offer on stuff that he keeps relisting but
doesn't sell, its always automatically rejected. Maybe I'm just not
enough of a sucker.
