The Logical Company does (for Q and U I mean), but they're no longer
available a la carte. And they're really too expensive for casual use
anyway (US$3500 -- and the turnkey systems incorporating them are much more).
Super, wicked, awesomely cool though! It's really neat having a mixture of
real and emulated hardware on the same system. Plus you can have multiple
busses (Q or U or a mixture) as long as they don't need to be able to do
DMA to each other (only to PDP-11 memory).
