I'd prefer
to give this to someone with the ability to get it scanned
and put online, otherwise you're welcome to it.
Provided a flatbed scanner will do (eg, perfect-bound works only if
there's not much print near the binding), I can scan it. If the result
isn't too big, I can host it too, otherwise I'd have to turn that job
over to someone else (bitsavers?).
