No, I've got a real QX10, and I mush prefer the real hardware to emulators..

I have backuops of the boot ROM (2K) and character geenrator ROM (4K) if
those would be any use to you.

From what I can gather, one needs at least the
boot rom image to get
the thing to run. Anyone know where I can get one?
