He used to buy tools at Harbor Freight. About $100
per month.
My father bought a lot of tools, but mostly good qualtiy, so I am keeping
them.
There have been many suggestions as to waht you should keep when clearing
out. One of the silly ones is 'if you've not used it for a year, get rid
of it'. Silly becasue there re so many speicalised thigns that I don't
use every year, btu know full well I will need i nthe future.
The sensible one IMHO is 'Keep only that which you know to be useful or
believe to be baautiful'. Well, it's worked for me....
