The moment anyone wants to deal outside of Ebay and
wants Western Union,
simply forward the email to Ebay and report them, the only reason any
seller wants to do this is:
Likewise, buyers that want to use Western Union, typically from overseas,
are also to be avoided. They may be honest, but somehow something WILL go
wrong. In my early days as a seller, four times out of four were complete
disasters. Now, when a buyer wires money, I simply refuse it.
