Thank you, it seems like the person was writing down from a distant memory
and lost sharpness about some of the proper names/nouns. The paper was
written in the 1890s by a very old woman who remembers her father talking
about his father from Germany. I always wondered what the real story was.
My ancestor's name was Frederich Maurer. The only Europeans I
communicate with are on the cctech list and other vintage computing circles.
There used to be a Vintage Computer Festival Munich I believe in the late
1990s. Hans Franke I think was the name of the guy who ran it.
