Could you post (or just link to) a pic of the card in question?
I had a sack of like 20 of these Apple II cards that looked like network
stuff, and they may still be around..

After playing with my Apple IIe all weekend, my new obsession du jour is

Apple card that provided Localtalk networking to the IIe.
