Gmail is actually good. They're dropping useful features all the time,

Gmail's web UI may be the best UX as far as web UIs go. But I find it
atrocious compared to a (what I consider to be) a real, fat, MUA running
on the client machine.
I routinely find myself annoyed (likely worse) and lambasting Gmail
monthly, if not weekly.
