Sam,
I believe the IBM-Microsoft collaboration lasted thru 1.1. Not sure
about 1.2 or 1.3. Version 2.0 and later were pure IBM, although any
legacy code from the earlier versions had a joint copyright. Gee, that
copyright should have expired now - it been 20+ years...
