It could be, but I'm using a pretty vanilla system - Mutt as a textual
IMAP client, pulling through someone else's Exchange server. Henk's
quoted text was mashed together both on the Exchange server (checked
with a web client) and with my textual client.
For the record, I've never seen anyone else's messages, on the cctalk
list or anywhere, mashed up like that. Just Henk's. And it got worse
when he fiddled with his settings.
Hank's list message, as it
arrived in my mailbox, looked perfectly reasonable - Hank's text you
quoted was properly line-broken as far as I could tell:
