I know dealers that used to advertise "refurbished", which usually
meant they wiped it off. I would rather take "tested" any day. You got
to know who really knew was real and be trusted. Only a small % really
tested parts.
Reminds me of the seller I saw at a radio rally (hamfest) about 20 years
ago. He had 2 piles of IDE hard drives. One plie were 'tested and
working' The other pile as 'untested'. Hmmm....
