TeX is, well, sort of the "de facto standard". For the past ten years,
Word has done all the heavy lifting in academics, like it or not.
Amazing. Well, I guess everything turns to shit in the end.
I don't even *like* CMR. Nice try for an amateur type designer, but I
think its day is completely done.
