I wouldn't bother rebuilding them, they are just
line filters, and you can find them from many sources.
Some old PC power supplies, other dead equipment,
electronic supply houses, etc.
I paid more attention to the one I've fitted temporarily and it DOES have a
schematic on the top and is indeed a mains filter. Once I've made a metal
cover for the old hole nobody'll know the difference :) (The new filter is
much much smaller than the old one)
