The only problems with simh networking that I have
found, is
that it must run as root, and LAT doesn't work very well in
my setup (not exactly sure why, except that LAT doesn't route well)
I'd be surprised if it routed any worse than any other
unroutable protocol :-)
LAT is also particularly sensitive to timing.
