I don't have experience with that particular model, but I have been
using a sheet feeding scanner/copier/printer at work and it's great
compared to what I was doing one side at a time by hand with my home
scanner. The work scanner goes straight to PDF with good results.
If I had a large pile such as you describe, I would consider renting
such a unit from an office equipment rental agency.
