I do consulting work for several law enforcement agencies - and while felony
records are public information - the posting of a SSN is absolutely against
the law.
it looked to me that the original post came from records in an internal law
enforcement system - and, as such, is considered confidential information for
law enforcement use only.

Even if he is in Jail for Murder, posting that little tidbit of
information to the List is totally inappropriate. If that info is
publicly accessible on a Florida website then there is a problem
there as well.
