I still have and use the first scanner bought by
the CS Department
I used to work at. An HP with a SCSI interface. Works great,
supported by SANE.
I had an HP IIcx with ADF. (before I moved). Was great, scanned without
paying attention to it. Yes, using SANE and some scripts. All what I was
missing is tabloid size ...
