Did you ever get this working? I ask because I was cleaning up the
shelves in my hobby room and found lurking under my "Z80 Starter Kit"
a clean SDK-86. Mine has been stored indoors, clean and in a static
bag, so I don't anticipate the sorts of cleaning problems you had, but
I have no idea yet if there are any issues with the RAM chips.
