of payment are dangerous but that's only because they're trying to dominate

anyone wants to deal outside of Ebay and wants Western Union,
simply forward the email to Ebay and report them, the only reason any
seller wants to do this is:

are also to be avoided. They may be honest, but somehow something WILL go
wrong. disasters. Now, when a buyer wires money, I simply
refuse it.
