Speaking of NeXT - mono video to VGA?

Actually, while they fit the general plan of D-sub connectors, they are not DB size shells, nor indeed any of the standard sizes DA through DE (or DE through DD if you prefer to order by size rather than name), being intermediate in size between DA and DB - two pin-spacings longer than DA(15) but three shorter than DB(25). If anyone has trouble finding such connectors, I have some spare video cables, which could be cut in two.
