This probably says a lot about me, but I find the
enjoyability of a
computer game is proportional to its age.
I see such a correlation, but for me it's only a moderate one.
I think for me enjoyability is more related to the simplicity, with age
coming in only because age correlates with simplicity. I can waste
hours playing Tempest or Omega Race...or Discs of Tron. (Or Aargon, or
Blockade, but puzzle games unforunately lose interest when there isn't
a steady supply of puzzles for them.)
