My Sugesstion: Pack it with a dryer sheet. Dryer sheets also repell mice. I have a friend who does this to the interior of his 69 SS Chevelle. He covers the car on a cement floor in his pole barn. Dryer sheets under the seats got rid musty smell, and he also realized lack of mouse dropings.
