9102=2102 sram.  It's just another number for the same thing.

74C92x is TI and you need to find a TI or maybe motorola CMOS databook

I have a few of each, along with 2Kb of 21L02 chips (-2L and -4L speeds,
whatever they are), all with 1979 - 1983 date codes.

Any clues?
