Good and Bad News: I've found the entire schematics of the MS-0585
and the PSU and I think it isn't able to work out of 110V.
It uses a small transformer without tabs and 220V input voltage for the
PSU electronics itself and the DC/DC converter itself doesn't provide
any ability to switch so 110V primary.
In hindsight, it seems unlikely that Elektronika would have had any reason to
make their machines easy to run in places with 100-120V mains supplies.

Yes, maybe. Otherwise I have some russian Transformers for Tube Heating
(6,3 and 12,6V)with two 110V Primaries...
...Elektronika isn't a Manufacturer, it is just a "beloved" Marking for all
Kind of electronic equipment in the former USSR. I had a russian portable
color TV named "Elektronika Z432" in the end of the 80ties and I still have
an Elektronic Clock with VFD Tubes named Elektronika, there are much more
examples..
Manufacturer of the TV was "Mashpriborintorg Moscow" , don't know who made
the Clock.
