I have the software for just about every CP/M card ever
made for the Apple II. However, they are all different,
you have to identify exactly which card you have to get a
boot disk that will work.
I would be happy to e-mail you a *.dsk image of the right
version if you can identify the card. Microsoft alone made
at least three different cards. The PCPI Applicard is
probably the most versatile and is very fast, since it uses
a Z80B (at 6 MHz, if I remember correctly).
