Ah, that sounds pretty good. The ability to re-create source, given the FASL, will really help. I wasn't involved with this, but my recollection from dribs and drabs I overheard was that DoE got a copy because they'd been the funding agency for a lot of the work - i.e. MIT didn't just give a copy to DoE, it was a requirement.
