No, it won't... but one thing you have to watch; there are two microswitches to detect if the covers are on or not - one front, one rear. If they aren't closed, either by the covers or 'bodging', the thing won't power up. I've picked up a couple of cheap 'dead' Lisae where that was the only problem! Mike http://www.corestore.org
