It would appear so. I received at least two of these with different
hostnames but both redirect to the same fake website/domain.
What are they trying to accomplish? You'd think they'd know better than
to spam a mailing list full of computer nerds.
They don't know who or where they are spamming. Their software does
everything automatically. What's rare is that it actually makes it through
to the list.
