I have the Heathkit H77 case where the pieces that hold the front panel to the chassic got broken off. With JB Weld to the rescue, I went ahead and fixed it only to find out a "small" problem. It seems that the label on the front of the case covers the screw holes and I *really* don't want to poke holes in it as it is in excellent condition. Has anyone tried to remove that front label, and if so how? My first thought was to take a heat gun and warm up the adhesive to the point where the label might come off without damage. My second thought was to ask here :).
