  According to my records the XT/286 (5162-286) came
with a std 20 Meg HD, a 
 MFM drive with 4 heads, 615 Cyl, 17 sectors, a 65 ms Drive. AT type 2. 
Thanks alot for your answer ! 
It shouldn't be a problem to find out what kind of drive it is. 
Do you have an idea if it's a full height - or half height-built drive ?
